Made 2 orders. Call 866-267-4510. Rep said Order Status is In Progress and need to wait 24 hrs. Hopefully they go through
Are you hoping to merge later to get the share price? Two orders would have gotten around the stupid errors on T-C-B double reward site...

How so? The rate is not properly doubled, no matter how many orders you place.

1 account 2 lines for wife and 1 account 2 lines for me, each on their own TCB and hoping to get 4th of July bonus. Was thinking ATT might straight out flag and deny if I create 4 accounts all at once, trying to better my odds here LOL. I am planning to port out all lines from Sprint

Got this email today. Have 5 lines with 5 approvals per online tracker but only one email.

Anyone else got this or they got actual redemption code in email?

Email:

Your AT&T Visa® Reward Card* is on its way!
We mailed it via first class U.S. mail.
You should receive it on or around 07/12/2020. AT&T VISA Card US Only
You'll need to activate your card when you receive it.
It's easy! Just use your 16-digit Reward Card number and
your zip code. That's all you need to do!

There are no errors. This is the status on both my numbers:

Transfer Status: Your transfer request has been confirmed by your previous service provider.

I see 2 images when tracking my order on ATT site.
I have the same issue. My order was placed 7/4 and shipped 7/5. Also shows two sim images. Did you chat/call them?

I just got my shipping confirmation email. They actually shipped both SIMs but separately (not sure why). The email had two fedex tracking numbers.

Now need to figure out how to get the promotion attached to them and have them moved into a single account after I receive them.

With my acct #1 (in wife's name), she received 4 cards in the mail but only 3 email. You don't need any info/code from the email to activate the cards, just the card numbers and your zip code.

Thanks for the info 👍🏻

How long did it take from date if email to date if card delivery

Is the card readily usable when delivered?

Able to transfer money to bank account or Venmo etc? Or have to use it for purchase/payments?

I am curious on that as well. Does even two accounts with same info work?
Yes, it does. I made three orders with the same information.

guess what - my confirmation email also lists two fedex tracking numbers - one for each sim - but those tracking numbers are the same .

In my wife's case, the email was received around 11pm 6/23, the cards mailed 6/24, received 6/26. See the attachment for time line.
The card has $0 balance until you activate it, then it gets instantly loaded with $250. I took her 4 cards to our local Dillons (Krogers) and bought a $1000 money order with them, paid a fee of 88 cents. Went to my bank's ATM and deposited it to my checking account.

Repped for details

Thanks for timeline SS

Mine shows reward mailed as 7/04 for all 5 lines but got only one email today around 8.53pm ET

Will wait for the cards and mostly will follow Kroger approach you took. Thanks for that info 😁👍🏻

Did you already get the rewards? Have you merged all the lines together to lower the monthly rate?
