That question had been asked and answered many times. Chat with a rep and ask the rep to confirm that the $250 offer is attached to your order. If it is, good. If it's not, ask the rep to attach it. In either case, email the chat transcript to yourself for record (click on the "envelope" icon on the chat box).

I opened and ported / activated two lines back in May second/third week. Thus far I have not received anything with respect to the gift card. No redemption email, nothing; contact ATT support, no progress thus far. Any suggestions?

I just went to store and explained my situation ( 3rd time cancelled) and they said there's nothing they can do. When I talk to e-com said that go to store and show 2 form of ID but they are helpless.
They said online and store promotions is different and blah blah. When they put my info ,I can see my order number .
Should I order 4th one or just give up? Att got me a flag or what?

I was connected with chat through out the process and asked him to contact his supervisor to have the order pass through the order team. They assured me it will not cancel this time.

There's no harm in giving last try. Clear Cache, preferably use another browser, give a try....All the best.

Contact ATT Reward Center team, they should help right away. If one doesn't help, give a try again after some time...For me, it worked first time and I already received cards, transferred all money to Bank (used Venmo)...

After 40 days or so from activation date, go to the Reward Center site https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx
Use the Contact Us-->Chat option (only available M-F from 7AM to 7PM Central) and request your $250 rewards. About 2-3 days after the rep submitted your rewards, log in with your phone numbers and zip code to claim the rewards. Each line has its own login (phone number & zip code).

That seems to be the best way to shepherd an order through.

I was assured by three rep on chat and then on the phone that the port will not get canceled. Guess what? I received a cancellation email on the order for a SIM. But the port status shows the port completed though. So, I guess the line is ported and the order for the SIM is canceled.
