Same here. Had to call to get the GC processed. Its showing up in the tracker now. I may be wrong but I dont think anyone got a rebate email notification.
Yeah, it is interesting how wireless companies find a way to give their promised rebates only to the vigilant. Probably has something to do with their terms not allowing class action lawsuits.

I pointed this out long time ago that ATT allows port in to replace temporary ATT number.

So ppl who got cancelled by ATT should get new number from ATT, when sim arrived, call ATT to port in the numbers...

If order with new numbers is not cancelled, then order cancellation definitely has something to do with customer porting record...
Well well well, what do you know, ATT didn't cancel both orders with new #'s as opposed to ordering with porting information. Now the problem might be collecting the $250 if they start giving me BS.

Maybe the mystery is solved.. lol...
Probably att system is outdated that no one receives redemption email after 45 days...either way you need to contact ATT for help...don't get why not ATT gives reward team access to porting info to make it easier for problem solving

As hpham mentioned no one faced this error message. What time did you place your order? If it was around mid night, issue due to system maintenance across the systems. Try it now and it will go through.

I'm not entirely sure at what point do I need to let ATT rebate dept know these are port-in numbers so i can get it tracking thing going, is it at the 30+ days or have to wait 45 days? Will the billing / port-in dept annotate these are port-in numbers?

Yes I ordered around midnight. But system allowed to continue order. And status showing "in progress" I am not sure if it will cancel or I will get my sim Frown

Lot of chances for cancellation which happened for my first order. Try to call and if needed try with new order.

Ask the port in department to annotate your account the date of your ported in numbers. So reward team can look it up later.

Yes. It might be the major reason. OP, check and confirm.

With my two successful orders, the green "In Progress" means your order had been accepted, the black "We're working on your order" means it has not been accepted yet and still could be cancelled.
