Already passing 45-days mark and there is no email for rebate promotion. Chatted with AT&T reward center. An employee called Carlos indeed located my order but refused to add my 2 lines to rebate tracking system, as he insisted they could not manually add rebate before 60 days. I knew it is a lie but he would not budge. What are my other venues to escalate the issue? I don't want to pay a 3rd-month bill.

Try chatting with another rep. I chatted with Julie for my acct #1 (4 lines) on 41st day and with Tina for my acct #2 (2 lines) on 35th days. Both submitted my rewards without any hassles.

Delayed cancellations means you're out of pocket for the month or more of service I assume.........correct?
Not correct. An order is processed or cancelled within the first 1-3 days, 5 days at most if there's a weekend in between. Billing doesn't start until SIMs are received and activated.

Can you open multiple accounts to get the multiple rebates? Like 2 lines on each account or it has to be different persons? Anyone tried or has insight?

I opened acct #1 in my wife's name on 5/6 with 4 lines (before the limit of 2 GCs) and acct #2 in my name on 5/27 with 2 lines. Same street address, different email addresses.
Someone here opened more than one accounts under the same name. I'll leave it for him to give you the details.

Started adding 2 lines on a new account online last night.
Just got an email that order changed to in progress. Checked the porting page and I see:
Quote :
Your number transfer/port request has been confirmed by your previous service provider.
Your port status is:Confirmed
Expected Date of Port Completion:07/16/2020
Expected Time of Port Completion:2:58 PM
I did not get any mention of the porting for $250 offer anywhere though. Is that supposed to be listed anywhere?

The $250 offer hasn't been shown in the order since 5/14 or so. Chat with a sales rep and ask the rep to verify that the offer is attached to your order. Then email the chat transcript to yourself using the "envelope" icon on the chat box.

Did you get autopay discount on 1st bill? Mine was generated today and it is not included.

Edit: another question, I activated my 1st line on 14th (received sim cards on same day) and never activated 2nd line (cancelled today morning). I have still been charged for those from 12th (Sunday?). Any idea?

My acct #1 had the autopay credited starting with the 1st month. With my acct #2, activated on 5/27, the bill was not generated until 6/27 and included two months (5/27-6/23 and 6/24-7/23). Autopay was NOT credited for 1st month. See attachment. I didn't bother challenging them because 1) the terms of service said the autopay could take 2-3 months to apply and 2) I made enough money off them.

Post a picture of your details bill and I'll see if I can make any sense of it, or you could call/chat with a rep and ask.

Yes definitely try another live chat rep. I initially called the rebate customer service # and only 3 out of 4 lines qualified for the rebate. The 4th line was incorrectly flagged as a "WINBACK" so they claimed I had to wait another 2 weeks (60 days total) for the rebate to be processed. I followed up with ATT Rewards live chat and of course the phone rep screwed up and only submitted 1 line. Long story short, the live chat rep was able to add the remaining 3 lines for the rebate, including the "60 day" one.

Nope. H2O requires you to buy some airtime before giving you the needed info to port out.

1. TCB advertises $75/line but tracks at $50/line, and est payable wait is 14-15 weeks. BF advertises $50/line and est payable wait is 3 months.
2. You can place an order for 2 lines.
3. Many of us used the Shared Data 3GB and got the $250 without problems. The terms only require a plan with voice & data.
Just chat with the rep and she told me that it only works for unlimited data though.

That's what the reps keep telling people, but if you go look at the Terms of the $250 offer it only requires a plan with voice & data. I've collected 6 $250 GCs from two accounts and they both had only the Shared Data 3GB plan.
