Sorry I have to ask help from hpham_53, as he is the expert on this. Thanks a lot for bother you repeatedly.

Just checked my rewards status, approved today 09/25, estimated rewards mailed 10/04
When I will receive it ? Could someone give some pointers, need to cancel before a new billing cycle start? I paid my last bill $195.16. I think that's for the first two months. As per the billing cycle, it's from July 20 to August 24. I activated my account ( two lines) on August 3rd. placed the sim order on July 20. So I have to pay another bill before I can port out? Thanks.

I agree with Hpham, and if you have to pay for another month, as soon as you port out your numbers, they will end your service, and send you a refund debit card. Not worth the risk bailing early.

1 thing I had seen in this thread is the chatting needed to get the reward. I got an email on the 45th day automatically to "claim the reward". Were you other guys not getting it or just antsy (like I usually am)?

So far you're the only who received an email to claim the reward. Although most of use call/chat to request the rewards, some trusting people waited up to 60 days and never got that email. Maybe AT&T Reward reps got tired of answering chats/calls and got their IT people to send out that email.

for me this is the first time i will get cards After the mail date, I had 2 other cards earlier this year for a Fiber offer that i did and I gotr them Before the mail date.I was worried that there was gonna be a delay becuase of the Political games they playing right now with the Post Service, my mail date was the 9/24 and nothing yet.The cards are coming from Indiana and I live in NC not too far away if you look at a map, so I should be getting them quickly but still waiting

I was already a ATT customer when i did this offer, I installed Fiber internet back in March, they offered a $100 card to get Fiber, free installation etc. while poking around the site I came across another offer $100 card for 12 month contract for the internet, the terms were similar, way 45 or a month or something like that and I would recived a email to claim the cards, since this was my first time dealing with ATT i waited for the email, so almost 2 months passed by and no email, I got pissed and called the rewards center, I explained to them everything and the lady only said she was sorry for not getting the email and she would enter that cards manually, I was pissed because this was just another issue that I had with ATT(i had other issues too) There was a time limit that I had to subimit the cards and if I had failed to claimed by that date ATT would just say sorry you lost your chance, the lady exlplained it to me.ATT relly sucks as a company, it seams to me they are hoping that we just wait for that email while time runs out and then say sorry, no card for you. I dont think anybody got a Email
