I've got a 18v bosch set and a 12v dewalt impact. I use the 12v impact for nearly everything just because is how much smaller it is.

You will have exponentially more options with tools in the Milwaukee ecosystem keeping the same batteries. If you're just looking for a solid, comfortable drill/ driver though you can't go wrong with the Bosch. I have both and always reach for the Bosch.

I have this set and my husband regularly steals them over his 18 and 12 because of how small and functional they are.
