I have the mesh back version that has lasted over five years, the seat is still firm and not squished down with daily use. The only problem is the that front 2" of the rubber arm rests broke off (which I've read has happened to others.

TP4000 is fabric and rated for 8hours. the tempur pedic also looks more comfortable for big people like me.

I don't like any of those leather chairs because the material will eventually rip.
been keeping my eye on an affordable chair, and this is the best price I seen for this chair in a while. free shipping and free 30 day returns, they provide return shipping.
I believe staples is selling this exact model for $350, and other online retailers are selling for ~$270.
Armrests are removable (screws into plates under the seat); they are adjustable width and height wise.
My previous version of this chair (mesh back) I can easily sit in all day. Well worth the money!

did you buy it on quill and staples delivered?
I tried to contact the manufacturer (Raynor) through their warranty page about three weeks ago. The pneumatic cylinder stopped holding air after 3 years. They never replied. I just bought the part off of Amazon since they are fairly universal. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned but the warranty ain't worth squat.
I just sent back a WorkPro 9000 I bought recently because it wasn't nearly as comfortable.

I called them twice and they just asked for invoice and photos of damage. I got replacements parts within a week of contacting them.
I do agree with you on the chair though, we own a total of 4 of these and love them. I have one from 2014 and the seat cushion hasn't flattened at all.
