Thank you, I've been waiting for a deal on this chair!
I have the mesh back version that has lasted over five years, the seat is still firm and not squished down with daily use. The only problem is the that front 2" of the rubber arm rests broke off (which I've read has happened to others.

Had the same issue. If it's still in warranty, you can contact them and they will send you new chair pads.
Not off experience, but by looking at both models, the office depot one is made of leather and is shorter than the TP4000, also rated for 4hours only.
TP4000 is fabric and rated for 8hours. the tempur pedic also looks more comfortable for big people like me.

Are the arm rests removable?
i cant find the assembly instructions online and haven't received my order, so i cannot confirm. but it looks like the armrests are screwed in when assembling the chair, so i can see how u can just skip installing the arm rests if that is what you want.
Thank you, been looking for a chair that's not crazy expensive. This should work out great(I hope), the craigslist experience has not been good(email after email, once I ask about how long they have the chair.... no response and local office supply ppl has been up the price like crazy, you don't even know if the one you take home going to last 3 month.....)
I got a similar mesh-backed chair from Staples with the Tempurpedic seat right when the pandemic hit and I'm glad I did. 11 hours in the chair every day and no problems. My not so old and barely used Staples seat could barely provide support for an hour or two before it got very uncomfortable. Worth it at full price though I lucked into a $140 clearance price at the time.

I have sat on this chair in person before at a staples, it was priced at $280. Floor model being the only reason I DIDN'T get it. SUPER comfortable chair and can see how you can sit on it for 11hours even though its rated for 8. the hour rating is excellent for this price.
I don't like any of those leather chairs because the material will eventually rip.
been keeping my eye on an affordable chair, and this is the best price I seen for this chair in a while. free shipping and free 30 day returns, they provide return shipping.
I believe staples is selling this exact model for $350, and other online retailers are selling for ~$270.
I ordered this chair yesterday, Staples delivered it today.
Armrests are removable (screws into plates under the seat); they are adjustable width and height wise.
My previous version of this chair (mesh back) I can easily sit in all day. Well worth the money!

thank you for confirming that the arm rests can be omitted during installation.

I tried to contact the manufacturer (Raynor) through their warranty page about three weeks ago. The pneumatic cylinder stopped holding air after 3 years. They never replied. I just bought the part off of Amazon since they are fairly universal. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned but the warranty ain't worth squat.
I just sent back a WorkPro 9000 I bought recently because it wasn't nearly as comfortable.

Sorry to hear that.
I called them twice and they just asked for invoice and photos of damage. I got replacements parts within a week of contacting them.
I do agree with you on the chair though, we own a total of 4 of these and love them. I have one from 2014 and the seat cushion hasn't flattened at all.
