This kit includes a bunch of tools. A few are brushless. I would say it is arguably a better deal than the lowes rolling toolbag kit for 399.

The $100 difference is:

What's wrong with the sander? This kit has nearly all the tools i need to redo flooring and fixing the walls in my house to prep for paint
Technically the light is also brushless
Also the Toughsystem rolling toolbox DS450 has bunch of complains about broken latches and cracked plastic parts.
