Let me explain..
While this isn't a horrible deal and you're getting DeWalt quality no matter what (thats a good thing).. these are all really old DeWalt tools except for the multitool. If you need all of this and are a casual DIY'er then I think it easily beats the latest Ryobi has to offer at the same sale price (even for Ryobi this would be a good deal).
Here's the but part..
If you're like me, you want a circular saw that's not using old technology, old battery efficiencies then you might want to think twice. The circular saw for example uses a smaller blade so the depth of cut will be limited as will sales on blades for 6.5". The reciprocating saw is waaay longer than DeWalts previous version and its current version. The grinder isn't bad so long as you dont need to run it a lot (remember, efficiency upgrades). For the drill set, you're not getting the best chuck and at that size you can get hammer functionality albeit will make it heavier. The flashlight shouldn't be counted as a power tool, the batteries are ultra low capacity thus not allowing these tools to run their best and that charger is a 'slow' charger. The bag.. I mean yeah cool, its a bag with wheels.
Just my two cents.
Only thing I would take note of, the brushed angle grinder and reciprocating saw will easily chew through those 2ah batteries very fast. The circular saw too, but you can get several decent sized cuts with one battery, so its not really an issue for entry level.
