Verizon is offering customers with existing non-committed 100/100 plan a free upgrade to 200/200 plan for the same monthly cost of $39.99 without additional commitments.

To receive this free upgrade, login to MyVerizon dashboard here [verizon.com]. Then click "Order Now" under the black "mix & match on Fios" tile. Click your existing 100/100 speed, then click "More Speeds" and select 200/200 for a month cost of $39.99.

Complete the order and you'll now have double the speed for "free".

Please note that if your G1100 or G3100 router is connected to the ONT via COAX, your order will not be processed unless a technician visits your location to switch it over to Ethernet. COAX on the ONT only supports speeds up to 100/100 and anything faster will require the router to be connected directly into the Ethernet port on the ONT.

If you have senior citizen parents or relatives you can always get the lifeline 200/200 internet only plan for $19.99 a month. Got that plan for my parents and picked up a $60 router off ebay.

Don't they have to be really low income, not just seniors?

Anyone else having an issue with these clowns? Supposed to be $39.99, but every month, there is an issue and they charge me $49.99.. They killed my autopay one month, next month some other excuse about billing cycles. I lost it on a rep tonight. They refused to credit me the $10. Its not the money, its the damn principle.

UGH
Yep, ditto! Going on month four of not getting the $10 credit. I'm obviously not happy with the principle of it but I was previously paying $49.99 for 100/100 so 200/200 for $49.99 is meh ok.

Hello, is there a way an existing user can cancel and re-enroll as a new user to get the lower price benefits? My price was just jacked up Frown
I read about it before on slickdeals, however, I have been unable to locate the steps to do it.

I had a similar issue a long time ago, a rep clarified it has to be AutoPay with debit card or checking account to receive the $10, can't be AutoPay with credit card.

What is best cashback option for new Fios internet only sign up? (TCB is $50, basically is BFRGL the $35 for "Consumer High Speed Internet" or 105 for "Consumer FiOS Data & TV"?)

Are there any signup bonuses for internet-only these days (I assume not)? GC?

Thanks!

Just a heads up to all, I signed up for the autopay checking account, but also did not receive the $10 discount. Per customer service rep: I do understand your concern here bit whenever you activate the Autopay it usually takes 1-2 billing cycles to get the discount applied.
I hope you understand this.

Sounds like BS to me, but I will monitor for next month's billing as the rep said will be fixed by next billing.

That is nothing new.... Has happened to many people who tried to use CC and then switched to checking.
