If you sign up for star city membership which is $7.99, you will get each box at $85.49 which is the absolute best price i could find. for an Ikoria booster box. making is a total of $520.93 for the case.
That said, MVP sells boxes for $90 with no tax and shipping included. Assuming SCG charges tax, it's not a good deal with tax, $8 fee, and are required to get a full case.

I haven't played in 20 years is it worth buying this and keeping it vacuum sealed for +50 years and resale
That's a pretty good deal, especially if you don't have to pay tax. Also, buying a case you're ensured the box toppers will be there. I preordered my box for $99 at my LGS, but this is tempting to buy and split with friends.
Damn, I just checked ebay and dual lands from Revised editions are going for $200-300+
I think I have over 50-60 100% mint dual lands back in my parent's basement. Can't remember what I had but I have some nice ones from beta and forgot what the other editions were...the old ones.
I think i have 2-3 moss (?, the one with 0 mana) and few pricey ones even back then

If you buy 4 or more, you get each booster box for $82 + tax. Free shipping. Tax where I live is 8%...so even if you include that, the final price per box is $89, which beats MVP Sports deal. Plus, you have to be invited to take advantage of MVP deal.
Yeah I need to dig them up. Checked prices on ebay and they are not as higher vs dual lands had gone up.
I remember that I also have Time Walk, Ancestral Recall, 4-5 Moat.
It is crazy how much dual lands have gone up in prices. I bought them for $8 each back then
Arena is limited though.. quite literally. Real cards can be added to Modern / Commander decks... Whereas if you play MTGA you're limited to standard or drafts...
That being said, if Standard or draft is all you care about then MTGA is freaking phenomenal.

Is MVP still invite only mode? Been buying most of my product through them. Early last year they seemed to drop most of their ebay sales, but that still may be a way to get invited to their website.

I've played a lot of Pokemon and Hearthstone, always wondered about MTG but man, it's a rich mans game
I thumbs up the deal anyway
The economy of it is weird to me, but its important to note that realistically you can get some of your money back out of it if you decide to quit. I was fortunate enough to get in on the ground floor early on.

There is a whole group that collects sealed product....if you kept a box of Revised back in the day you could sell it for $5000

I've purchased from this seller many times with no complaints...always has the lowest bulk prices!
I remember that I also have Time Walk, Ancestral Recall, 4-5 Moat.
