Resolved: SD App won't work on my phone anymore

1,744 826 May 16, 2020 at 01:39 PM
I have had the SD app on my phone for awhile now. It won't let me open it saying that there is a connection issue. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but it still won't work.

I have MANY apps on my phone but this one has been not working for 3 months now. I went to the Tmobile store and they tried to help me but couldn't.

I also have the latest version of the app. I miss going on the app on my phone.

Can anyone help me???? As I am missing great deals. I rather use it on an App, instead of on my desktop.

I finally figured it out. I have this "google smart lock" on my phone. I had to disable it under "settings". Then I closed the app and signed in again and it allowed me to.

That "google smart lock" saves passwords, etc. and wouldn't allow me to change anything, but as soon as I disabled it I was set to do what I wanted.
If this happens to you then just google "Google smart lock" and it will explain how to do it. It was very easy and if I can do it you can as I am not smart when it comes to electronics.
