Ah, the era of non-PC cartoons. I'm old enough to remember these fondly. I watched Hong Kong Phooey but preferred Top Cat.

Just for the sake of flashback, here's the link to the 'Stop the Pigeon' [youtube.com] theme song. I never could keep Penelope Pitstop, Wacky Racers and Dick Dastardly cartoons all straight - so many were similar.
