The tracking on the first one says "Ready To Go

Their cs chat is pretty much useless. I've been trying to get an answer from them as to what the hell is going on but I can't get anyone to give me an answer...
I'll never order anything from their site again. I don't know if this is because of COVID or if this is just how they run their show, but either way I'm quite annoyed...
