10 bucks isnt for the router, its not even for the modem - its for the Fiber to ethernet converter box that you cannot buy. Thats why even if you have your own compatible modem/router they can still charge you the $10.

We have had the 1Gbps for 3 years, started out at like $60 something and slowly went up to $90. Has been that for a while, I just called and ask for custom retention department, told her I was shopping around for deals and she lowered it to $69.99.

Just got confirmation that my second $100 gift card has shipped. My installation was 5/30 and for those wondering, no the HBOMAX isn't just for 1 month, is until you cancel your fiber connection. This pretty nice deal swing with includes HBOMAX + $200 Visa Cards and I pay less than Comcast $115 1GB connection. My first bill was $60.xx

Is anyone else being charged for 99 as installation fees? The technician came today and installed the service my apartment already had fiber connection but my upcoming bill shows 159 instead of 59

Yeah just talked them they said they will remove the fees once the bill is posted..fingers crossed..but guys please make sure to do this before you get your installation done

Did anyone have a problem with installation? Tech showed up today stating he couldn't install my fiber 1000 due to some distance and clearance issues and he just apologize and cancelled it. Am I out of luck?
