10 bucks isnt for the router, its not even for the modem - its for the Fiber to ethernet converter box that you cannot buy. Thats why even if you have your own compatible modem/router they can still charge you the $10.

XTRACASH worked back when I signed up at the beginning of May (I have screenshots of my cart). So I was supposed to receive a total of $225, so far I've only got $200. Not holding my breath for the last $25.

Good for you. I just ordered anyway but the order confirmation email says HBO Max one month trial? Confused because I thought I saw it was for every month when I placed the order. I have the "HBO Max included" screenshot saved just in case for future arguments.

I saw the free trial as well but when I logged in to my account it doesn't list the time duration?! AT&T has a sure way of doing business. I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens here.

Was there a trick to get the $25 to also apply? or did the system simply allow it back then?

going to pull the trigger.. especially that xfinity has reintroduced the data cap restrictions

I thought the same. But when I placed the order. It showed up on order confirmation page. HBO Max trial period will expire after 30 days Frown.. ATT skimmed me.

Correct - for some reason AT&T forces you to lease the modem and then on top of it charge you for it. I am fine paying out of pocket for the modem outright and buy it, however don't see an option to do so. What scammers!!!
