Asian here and we cook in the garage or in the backyard so our house dont smell. I have this exact model for 7 years and it still going strong. Highly recommend it.

I bought the one burner griddle recently and it's very well made with a nice heat diffuser in the bottom. You could find a dedicated griddle for about $200-250 that would do better as a griddle than this unit but this is more portable and has more uses; pots and pans, pizza oven, etc.

I tried, but couldn't find a converter to use natural gas on this... Ended up buying new tank from uhaul

How do I use this as a pizza oven?

I have this with a portable griddle because I do all of my cast iron cooking outside. It does great and gets very hot. Only problem with the griddle is the heat is not as evenly distributed as a dedicated griddle
