How does it compare to the aw650 from the other thread? And is it really a good deal cuz it doesn't seem like any discount from Costco price. What is the actual sale price of these, not msrp. The fact that speaker wire is included is nice. And Costco has the best return policy.
I have these speak on my back porch. They sound great.
How long you had them for? Also outside, speakers first tend to loose their low ends to a certain distance, then they loose their mids, then if you go even further away you'll be able to only hear their highs. Did you notice any difference at "x" distance away from the speakers? Or any distorsions at low volume or high volume? Thanks.

I installed them around spring of 2018. I paired them with a TIC GS50 in-ground subwoofer and power all three with a Dayton audio MCE2250E 2.1 channel plate amplifier (no longer available).
The audio quality hasn't degraded (that I can tell). They don't have very pronounced highs. Low end is conflated with the sub, so I can really give an accurate assessment of their low end output.
They are mounted vertically at ear height about 25' apart. No weather protection, but they don't get direct sunlight. St. Louis weather (teens to 95*F).
They don't distort at any normal to slightly loud volumes I play them at. My yard is only 35' deep, bounded by a 6' vinyl fence, so I get reflection from that. I dont notice any steep loss of fidelity. They don't have a lot of off axis amplitude (from one speaker out into my side yard)
