I like the movie, I think it's a fine watch. Only problem besides the obvious, it only really has general Ross tied to the rest of the films. You could pluck this one out of the total 24. And you'd be fine. Although I do think it's still better than captain marvel.

Ed Norton is a hell of an actor, but his persona and goals didn't align well with the MCU, at least not at that time during the early stages of Phase 1. I really enjoyed the movie, the action sequences really showcase the raw strength of Hulk, which wasn't represented well later on by Ruffalo. Professor Hulk was such an anti-climatic way to end Hulk's story arc, he deserves another standalone movie

I agree with others, I wish Ed Norton had stuck around for the others. Oh well. The movie is just ok and devolves into a cgi-smash fest pretty quick. OTOH that is par for the course for these movies.

Personally didn't like this movie overall. The action scenes were pretty good but the dialogue was a pain for me to get through when I watched a couple weeks ago. I'd only pick this up if I wanted to complete a Marvel movie collection.
