-Scroll the to bottom and follow the 3 steps on the site:
1. Link your accounts:
Download the Key by Amazon App and follow steps to link your Amazon Prime and Volvo On Call accounts.
2. Eligibility:
Make sure you are using the most current version of the Volvo on Call app and your subscription plan is active. Manage your subscription plan and preferences in the Volvo On Call app.
Amazon Prime members with an expired Volvo on Call subscription are eligible for a one-year complimentary subscription.
3. (Optional) Order online:
Shop on the Amazon mobile shopping app or website for eligible items and select in-car delivery at checkout.
Note 1: If key isn't available in your area, your VOC subscription should still be renewed (mine was).
Note 2: If your VOC expired, you may need to call Volvo CS 800-458-1552 to get an activation code. You will need to provide your VIN. Then go into the sensus touchscreen under: 'settings' \ 'communication' \ 'Volvo on call' and enter the code to get your car connected. After I renewed my expired subscription I had to call them to get my car reconnected using this method.

I did it last year, got my VOC extension and then immediately deleted my Volvo from my Amazon account. Less than. 5min. I doubt they'll be able to get in, and if someone does they deserve the stale fries and any empty applesauce pouches they find

Nm, found it under vehicle details. Mine expires in 2021.
Mmnnno. I'm pretty sure he/she meant that he/she, respectively, is part of the Cybernet program or whatever, not Amazon.
