There are two aquarium gravel siphon deals. The mini and medium sizes are both $2.72 each. The brand is Aqueon. You can choose your size

https://smile.amazon.com/Aqueon-Siphon-Vacuum-Aquarium-Cleaner/dp/B004RK40VY/ [amazon.com] >Ships in 1-2 days >In stock now

Note the description says the mini is for 1-15 gallons while the manufacturer suggests 1-5 gallons.

Maintenance is a necessary part of a good aquarium keeping. Routine water changes and pulling debris from gravel helps maintain a natural balance in the aquarium environment. Aqueon Siphon Vacuum Gravel Cleaners can help to make this job easier and take less time. Just a simple up and down motion with the intake tube will quickly prime the siphon to begin water flow. Debris is pulled away with flowing water and disposed of while gravel falls to the bottom of the aquarium.

* Makes routine water changes easier
* Self-priming, using up and down motion
* Removes dirty water
* Vacuums out the debris in gravel
* 6 Foot flexible hose with clip for attaching the drain hose to the inside of a bucket
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

These don't have a siphon bulb, you have to shake it up and down in the water to get it to flow. I've had this style before and personally wouldn't buy it again.
The way these siphons work is to scoop water in the large diameter tube and raise it up. Holding your finger over the other end at a lower height, let the air out until the small tube is filled with water. Then when you put the large end back in the water the weight of the water in the smaller tube (at a lower level) will get the flow going. No pumping, no shaking, no sucking, just physics. Hope this helps.

Great deal. It's never been this cheap. Typical price for the medium size is $8.

Get the pump! In related news, I went to the fish store to buy a guppy to replace a floater in a small tank and both local pet stores in town were sold out of all pet fish (but for some goldfish and other undesirables) - apparently fish are the new hoarding items during the pandemic to fight off quarantine fatigue - that one caught me off guard. Pet store was slammed.
