I'm not seeing it today either. Was there last week when I cashed out for $15 PayPal but not today. Hope it's only temporary and not gone for good.

There are currently technical issues with our PayPal administration. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeline for reinstatement. I was able moments ago to redeem for $3 via PayPal on the Pinecone site. It was there as usual when I searched the rewards catalog for "cash" as I always do. So it's worth checking again now for anyone who was waiting for PayPal to be restored before redeeming any points.

Cash option may be available but if they haven't fix it yet you will probably get a check in the mail.
I cashed out June 11 and i haven't received a notification by Paypal, it leads me to believe i'm getting a check.



Please note, there are currently technical issues with our PayPal administration so we have temporarily removed that from our catalog.
As soon as we are able to, we will reinstate.
You can still receive a check by selecting our ''Cash Option''.

I had a similar experience. I cashed out June 10 and got the Online Rewards Order Confirmation email instantly after having completed the order, but it hasn't gone into my Paypal account yet.

I usually go between Paypal and Amazon. I had been doing Paypal for quite awhile though and didn't realized Amazon isn't being offered anymore either. I may get a digital gift card and use it to purchase an Amazon one if possible.

After I got the same email as Victor - I opened a ticket since I cashed a paypal reward on the 10th and never got paid. They apologized and told me I can select something else, but of course they never returned my points. Still waiting for a further response.
