I need an impact driver. Mostly for typical things. I also started to rotate my own Jeep 31 inch tires so trying to speed that 5 tire rotation up a bit. There are 2 different impact drivers available. Which one should I get and why? Thanks for your expertise. It is appreciated.

PSA: You CAN cancel just the batteries. My wife just ordered me a tool + batteries for father's day, had the batteries shipped to home, tool for pickup, but somehow HD picked up the wrong address shipping address from paypal. In trying to correct that found that they make it look like you have to cancel the entire order since there is just one big "cancel" button, but when you click that, it gives the option to cancel the batteries. Oh well, I kinda wanted the batteries, guess I'll have just buy another tool now.
Not Working

Odd. Apparently you can't have two different delivery options, even though my cart showed the savings.

Badly need new 40v batteries :/ ...for those that keep on top of the Ryobi deals, so you ever see those listed?
from what i can tell, the cheapest way to get them is to buy 40v reconditioned stuff from direct tools factory outlet. the batteries at HD are an absurd ripoff.

Same price as 3.0 HP batteries that last longer in my experience and no brushless tools. Not a good deal.

Oh, c'mon! I literally bought the 2x 3.0A battery deal (without the free tool) 2 weeks ago from HD for $99. This is definitely a much better deal. The 4.0A batteries were ~$150 (t tools, if I remember correctly). The 3.0A batteries are good enough for me but I'd love to have a reciprocating saw or grinder.

THANKS, REPPED!

You want an impact wrench, not driver

This is good but I am gonna wait for the 2-tool + 2-3ah battery deal
I was lucky to get in on that a few times last year, but I don't expect it to ever be repeated. You might be waiting forever! I think the consensus on that "deal" was that it was a glitch.
