Don't see how this is a slick deals.

It's around regular price at HD for a 16" 3-speed pedestal fan.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/16-in.../306932430 $19.98
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Lasko.../100609672 $22.76
https://www.lowes.com/pd/PELONIS-...1000195295 $19.98
I have two of these and they move air just fine. You have to make sure they are kept clean.
The on/off speed selector switches are mechanical which makes this a good option if you want to plug it in to a smart plug and turn it on or off remotely or program an automated schedule.

I have one of these as well, although I don't use it that much. It moves air just fine. It's just a little loud if you compare it to a floor fan that spins slower. Different fans for different applications.

Not sure about the rest of them, but the fan at Home Depot looks really cheap ... as in awful quality wise. We have several Lasko fans and they are solidly built. We have 2 very active boxers and they have knocked our fans over several times where I thought surely that the fan shroud would break but they did not.

The 2nd item is Lasko. So I guess Walmart saves $1.
