Jackrabbit has terrible customer service. Would not buy from them. Emails take almost a week for a response with no resolution. Gave up and just threw away.

I would disagree.
I got these sandals on a deal in Mar right before COVID hit us and things were shutdown across the country. The deal was quite good and I got 4 sandals. Only 3 arrived in the box so I emailed their CS. I got a response immediately. The CS said that she will look into the inventory and ship another one if possible. The 4 the pair never arrived so after a couple of weeks I emailed again. This time the response time was about 4-5 days and my money was refunded. The delay in response was due to COVID their CS was at partial strength. I had also asked for extended return time as their affiliated stores were closed, so return was extended by a month. All in all it was not a bad experience.
And another point was that I had ordered one pair for my wife but she didn't like it/ want it. So rather than return by paying shipping I just took it to the local store and got exchanged for my size in 5 mins. The guy didn't even care about the receipt or anything even though I had it with me.

had a pair of overly expensive hoka's rip on me, so that the shoe was unwearable, in less than a week, second time wearing them.
i was bounced back and forth between people. finally just gave up and ate the loss.
I purchased shoes from them. Only one pair of the two arrived?! They offered me a partial refund; I'm not sure they did it correctly since it was buy one get the other half off. They were both on sale. It was a hassle to get CS to understand the pricing. I didn't feel they were able to refund the right amount. They couldn't just send another pair bec they were out of stock. I doubt I'll buy from them again.

Ugly as sin but comfortable and they do seem to help with recovery when I've been working or exercising a lot.
