Keep in mind there's only 4 PoE ports. I got burned similarly with a different switch and had to get a second PoE switch to have enough PoE ports...
This is not POE+.

There is a new product coming soon that support POE+ called "UniFi Switch Lite 8 PoE"
Do those integrate with the UniFi controller? Nope.

Is this good considering that TP-Link and Netgear POE switches cost less and Unifi AP's are now 802.11af compliant?

Used the code here (19122) to pick up 4 E2318HR monitors for the office. Coupon paid for tax.

You don't buy this if you just want a POE dumbswitch. This is a managed switch.

Definitely a good reminder.

One of the positives of this model is that it's the size of the non-PoE version. The 150W version of the 8-port is substantially larger. 4 PoE ports was perfect for me. One Cloud Key Gen 2 and two to three APs.

Another point is that these things run hot. Mine overheated last week and required a reset. I had it mounted vertically in a Leviton panel (with no cover) but the plastic mounting bracket was contacting the case of the switch. You need to leave some air space or use a metal bracket to sink the heat away.

The real "benefit" of this vs running a cheaper netgear managed poe switch or a (better?) cisco poe switch, is that you can manage this in the "single pane of glass" of the Unifi controller interface.
