She THICCC! Airplay is pretty great tho, and picture quality/ viewing angles are fantastic 👏
These IPS LGs have among the worst picture quality. Washed out contrast with blacks that look grey and no color volume

Does anyone know if this 55 UN7300 is a VA panel? LG usually uses IPS for their TVs at or under 50 inches and starts to use VA for 55+

I have the same LG model but from last year. The main display technology hasn't changed and they have just added a few features ( I'm assuming it's the same with other brands). I also have a cheaper LG from 2017. I believe both have pretty decent pictures with vivid colors (despite what rtings makes you believe). I compared mine with similarly priced models from Samsung and TCL in Costco; the LG clearly wasn't setup right so it didn't look as good as the others, but at home it looks amazing after calibration and choosing the right picture settings. I enjoy a lot of 4K shows on Amazon prime and play racing games on Xbox with amazing quality.
It is definitely worth this price, though it doesn't have advanced local dimmming or true 120hz and won't come close to an OLEd or other models at 1K$ price range.

proof?? this is what an LG rep replied to a question on the bestbuy listing : There are two variants of the LG 55 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UN7300PUF. One variant is an IPS panel and the other a VA panel.

but this one from costco has a different model number(55UN7300AUD) so who knows....

Well, people who settle for garbage like this LG will wish they hadn't been so cheap when they're looking at gray blacks and fake HDR. $700 for a premium quality 120hz 55" 4K TV is nothing.

AUD?? What's the difference?
It is the Costco exclusive model. These are usually just a bit nicer than other versions with a couple of minor extra features. Last year, my AUD from Costco came with a full metal body while the other versions had plastic bodies
