Hmm. Benchmarks looks the same. Only difference besides 10GB that I can find is released a month apart from each other.
I've been skeptical with the cheap SSDs due to one failing after a few weeks; where did you find the benchmarks? (Sometimes it's a ploy to get away from poor reviews)
I had to look each of them up separately. I wouldn't get it though as Crucial MX500 with DRAM is available for similar price. Just wanted to mention the extra 10GB for an extra buck.

Question then is: is the 240GB variant supposed to be 10GB more durable than the 250GB variant, or does it simply compensate for defects (i.e. binning)? I'd imagine it's the latter.
Looking at the 500GB version but at $55, I might just wait for WD
