neither of which will ever be used by a general homeowner
When I do get a "your order is ready for pickup" email, after arriving at the store and waited in line, they will then send someone to pull the order from the shelves or warehouse. Isn't ready for pickup supposed to mean it's already waiting in the pickup area and not "come on in so we can keep you waiting while we go look"?
More often than not I would go to the store after receiving the ready-for-pickup email only to discover my order was definitely not ready. Usually, the person at the customer service desk would act like they've never seen an online order before and call someone else over to help. Then they would check their inventory, tell me they have X number in stock, and go hunting for my item on the store shelves while I awkwardly stand at the customer service desk like a schmuck. Fifteen minutes or so later, they would come back empty handed and tell me they don't actually have it. I lost count of how many times I saw that scenario play out. It just isn't worth the hassle and frustration for the occasional order they get right.

People who aren't afflicted with tool hoarding will never understand. https://static.slickdealscdn.com/ima...lies/smile.gif
After wishing I had one several years ago while doing gutter downspouts, I bought one the next time I saw one on sale. I haven't used it yet, but It's kind of like having an airbag in your car. Just because you don't know when or if you'll need it, doesn't make it not worth having.
Thanks brother, glad i picked it up!
