It's the one that showed up at Home Depot during for $40 during BF week a few years back.
Got a couple of them, haven't got any issue myself and no complain from tenant at rental properties.
Of course battery life depends on how often you open the door and how good your installation is. The more friction when the lock moves, the shorter the battery life. It's not wireless controlled, so it uses battery only when you use the keypad and move the motor.

Would the nickel polish keypad look strange with the bronze shlage handle I plan on buying?
Any current deals on a keypad with a shlage handle both in bronze?

Am I able to use my current key in this lock? I use the same key on 3 different doors and would hate to have to use separate keys going forward. Please advise, thanks in advance!

You'd have to have it rekeyed by a locksmith. Check with local locksmiths for pricing. They'll probably have to replace the cylinder.

I had the 888 Model that had the Smart Key feature that you are looking for. This one apparently does not have that. That feature worked very well, however, I had major problems with the battery longevity. They would only last a day or two and I tried all kinds of batteries. Customer service could not help and the vendor (ebay seller) would not refund so I am using without batteries and any electronic features because I drilled the holes, etc. Maybe this one would work, but I'm afraid to try another of this brand and need that Smart Key feature.
