Here's a sentence from the introduction: "Also, certain Linux distributions you can use not only as a beginner but also those that can function if you attempt to use it on your old system."
Horrible translated garbage books. Avoid at all cost.

These garbage digital freebies are pump and dump posts.
Authors promote their stuff to make it popular, then jack up the prices.
If it were actually a quality book, it would be our gain.
But instead these are often just using SD as free advertising.
I suggest a minimum review count before a digital freebie makes it to "popular" or God forbid the Frontpage.
This is a growing problem recently.
until there's a systemic solution I'd suggest people be more liberal with their TDs on potential SPAM threads.

What would you suggest for someone trying to learn the basics? Hopefully for free. Seriously question. I am a PO in the Agile space, but want to learn some basics, and maybe more, to make myself more valuable.

is it "garbage" - only one way to find out, get it and read it
i would agree with your analysis for a lot of free books from amazon, however I was able to grab some very expensive books for free when they first came out.
the way i look at this, just buy it now and read or never read later. amazon has no cap on the number of books you can own, so until then take it now, find out later.

I'm a PO in agile and the most useful thing I've done is buy a raspberry pi and start running a headless server with help from Google and reddit. I've learned about container deployment, Apache/nginx, and a whole slew of relevant things as a result.

I found other free ebooks on kindle and as soon as I find an interesting one, I will post it, whether you like it or not, I have nothing to gain except to find a good deal in share for the community.
I am aware that the author of this ebook is promoting to rank his ebook,
if you don't want to participate in his promotion, which is understandable, don't do it, don't take this ebook.
But I found it useful to share this deal because it is free, and we are all adults to judge if it will be useful or good for the bin.
