I don't think they'd remove a free line to add one. I have 12 lines and 3 of them are free from promos over the years.

Maybe someone can clarify, but if you get this line, other free lines can be negated.
I have a free tablet line so I never bite on these free phone line promos.

If you are being refused the offer on SC just try again.
On my 1st try I had t-Force and 611 chat going at the same time and both offered the free line to my SC account immediatley on my asking about the promo.
611 chat would not waive the fees but T-Force offered to waive fees without me even asking so went that route.
Are you on Simple Choice or Select Choice? I was told Select Choice (my plan) does not qualify but Simple Choice does - both my app chat and TForce

Anyone have info on the supposedly "free" iPhone 11 mentioned earlier in this thread? I know T-Mobile was previously giving $700 off the 11 w/ port and trade-in, but I no longer see that on their website. Is it still around and could it stack with this deal?
My understanding it was add a line with trade in..the add a line would be free from stacking the deal.
However I think that deal ended yesterday, no longer see it as a promo..however still worth a shot..someone has the promo linked in this thread with the trade in requirements..take a search

Unfortunately, since the promo isn't live on T-Mobile's site yet, some of the reps are confused or unaware. Refer to Doc 20Q23 when speaking to a rep if they deny it.
Yeah, I did refer him to that, and he said that's what the promo was in that doc.

Moto g7, Tmobile REVVLRY, LG Aristo 4+, LG k40, LG k51, or LG Stylo 5.
Thank you.
I think the Revvlry+ with $200 off is probably the best deal for me and seems a lot better than the free ones......thoughts anyone?

I don't get this. I've literally been seeing the offer of getting a 3rd line for free for months, and it's live on their site now. 3 lines of Magenta = $120. What's new about this weekend's promotion?

I have had 2 free lines followed by 1 free wearable line. That was for 4 years now. No issues. Now just added 1 free additional line and got iphone 11 for free via bill credits with iphone 8 trade in with this free line.

I have the 2 lines TMO ONE ALL IN PROMO and both app chat and iMessage told me I had to upgrade to their $120 Magenta for 2 lines to get the 3rd line free. I said that was not worth it. Will try again tomorrow. If anyone has better luck, please let me know.

If you don't get it then you don't know T-Mobile. This is a free line for existing customers just like magenta Friday in 2016.

Let's say you did the 3rd free line for magenta yesterday. Then if you called today you would have gotten a 4th line free.

I don't want to riskily mail in my phone for a trade in. Can I do the iPhone on Us trade-in in store and get a free line in store at the same time?

That's a different promotion where you sign up for 2 lines and get third for free. This promotion is for even existing customers like Magenta, ONE, and Simple Choice and they get a free additional line (SC plan has to pay taxes and fees).

If you were planning to sign up for Magenta 2+1 free, it was recommended you do that yesterday so that you get 2+1 lines and call back today and get another +1 line for free.

I want to add an iPhone XS for my wife who is currently on Pixel 3a promo, she has another year of monthly credit to go. Can her line support 2 monthly credits? I keep thinking each line can only have 1 monthly credit in the back of my head.

Is there any advantage to staying on my old Select Choice Unlimited plan or should I convert to one of the newer plans? Current plan is $50/month for 1 line.

For anyone having trouble referencing the deal for existing customers, tell them the reference Doc. 20Q23
