Im talking to them via imessage and theyre processing the free iphone 11 deal with me. Only the 64gb one is free. Hipefully itll go through completely.
free with bill credits on the new free line for 24 months ?

Usually they value your XR say $200 trade in value .. Cost of iPhone 11 will be $700 - $200 = $500 which will be broken down into 24 bill credits. If you cancel the line within 24 months .. you pay the remaining balance of the phone.

Free with a trade in correct?
Yes, trade in iphone 8 or higher (but not SE). But you better hurry and call in before they change it for the iphone 11 offer.

If I already have 1 free voice line can I take advantage of this deal
I have heard of this working in the past. My understanding is that the only things required for existing customers are activation of two NEW lines (at least 1 existing, one new paid, one free), a bill credit being applied to the new free line. If you call T-mo, the rep should be able to tell you if this shows up as such in the system before placing the order.

Just worked well via text through T-Mo app. They gave me a fifth line for free but I had to pay $10.00 plus tax for them to mail me a new sim card. I had 4 lines on a magenta plan and pay $160.00 per month with taxes included plus $2.00 per month with a upgraded Netflix subscription. I called Tmo about two months ago when they offered half off service for three months due to covid stuff promotion that they only ran for a few days and had put me on what they called a Stay Connected Data 3GB Capped plan and my bill dropped to $82.00 per month which will automatically go back to full price next month. Now i will have 5 lines on Magenta plan for $160.00 plus the $2.00 for netflix.

Just called 611. I'm on the T-mobile One plan. I have 6 lines (4 paid and 2 free). Asked the Rep if I qualify and Tammy (the rep...what a nice lady!) said yes and added the free line to my account. In addition, she will mail me a sim card for free ($10.89 but gave me bill credit to cover it). Thanks OP and Tmobile for this deal. I can always use a free line!

I called in. I have the (All-In-One) ONE plan with two paid lines. The rep said that is a grandfathered in plan. I got it three years ago switching from another carrier. Agent said I was eligible for a free line in the past (not true, never offered). The rep said I would be required to upgrade to Magenta or Essentials for the free line. I declined. He apologized and we ended the call.
Same here. Sucks. Oh well.

Is there a code to refer to? I spoke to a rep via chat and they said yes and yes, even allowed me to pay the difference and get a 11 Max pro, but because I had a business line he couldn't do it so he transferred me to business department and they can't find the "add a line promo" WITHOUT paying for an additional line

Odd.. mine's conflicting, I was told it'll be credited on 2nd bill. Basically they charge first bill of the new line, and then month 2, they double credit to cover the 1st bill. At least that's what I signed up for with a new iphone SE.

Just want to chime in with my experience on this-

I chatted with a rep through the T-Mobile app, made it very clear that I only wanted to add a line if it was completely free. I stated multiple times that I have a grandfathered plan (T-Mobile ONE All-In) that I don't want to lose. The rep never directly addressed that but just proceeded with the activation. Afterwards I got a order confirmation email that showed my plan being switched to a Magenta plan with a price increase of $50! I called into Customer Care, was told that I only qualify for the deal if I change my plan. I had them cancel the order completely and they claim I'll stay on my plan. I really hope that's the case.

TMobile are inconsistent cheats. Started account last night. They didn't add the third line on us and today are saying only one free line via today's promo.
