How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

so go the free line, its $10 for the sim card and $20 for the activation fee.

I'm going to give this line to my mom but anybody know if I can port this in after the fact? Apparently the rep wasn't sure.

After you added the line (chat/phone) do you see them in your tmobile account?
New line showed up for me on my.t-mobile.com almost instantaneously. I had my own new sim card that they activated so I don't know if that had any impact.

Did you port in a phone number? The free iphone 11 deal requires a new line and ported number.
No, and the representative never asked me about porting in a number. There was never a discussion about it, and she never indicated I did not qualify for that promotion without a number being ported in.

We also went through all the math - $700 for the iPhone 11 (or $750 for the 128GB variant), meaning I'd be paying $31.25/month for the new phone.

We'd then get a $207.00 trade-in value for the XR, which would show up as a one-time bill credit. The remaining $493.00 would then be credited over a period of 24 months, or $20.54/month.

After 3 attempts finally got someone who was aware of this new promo. i asked about iphone 11 promotion, however they said it requires both a trade in AND port in. I didnt push it anymore and went with the iphone SE 64gb for 200. I am on the One plan with 4 lines which one of those was already free. Now i will have 5 lines total for $142 a month.

I just spoke with tmobile rep he said "Simple Choice North America" plan does not qualify for free line...

Did any one have added free line to "Simple Choice North America"?
you use phone, chat or T-force (facebook, Twitter, etc)? Seems like may get better rep with T-force.

Not sure this is been posted....the Thread is too long to read it all. But I just took advantage of this deal and was about to add new phone deal The A71 5G for half off. Then I changed my mind and request no new device. The Rep mentioned that I can add the new phone anytime as long as the phone promo is still running. Which is good to wait for a better phone...not sure how this is alllowed...I was not aware that you can take care of "Add a line deal" if you did not use it for any phone while adding a line. I have another line which I added 6 monhts ago...I guess I also add a device on that too. Of course the other is paid line. ....so this is much better. He said the timing does not depend on add free line promo but as long the phone promo is available. This is all new to me.so I thought I would it.
I was told as long as the promotion for the phone was running before you added the line it will qualify. But if a new promo starts after you added the line then it will not qualify.

So I called and everything went smoothly. But because it was over the phone now I'm nervous about actually getting the credit back for the free line and new phone. Anyone been able to confirm everything went through ok?
to be honest, tmobile reps have a bad reputation about screwing people sometimes. u won't know anything 100% for sure until u c your bills months down the road

Some are saying they paid it over the phone while some did not pay it
I just got the line added on my existing Magenta Plan and got a $200 iphone SE. They charged tax and activation which was $45. In the agreement they sent , it had the verbiage which said "$20 assisted support fee may be added" . T-force confirmed it is same as activation fee just the wording is different.

I have the same plan. Scna 10 gb plan and I was able to add a free line and get 50% off iPhone xs via bill credits.
How are you getting 50% off XS? You need to be on Magenta or One for that?

Added a new line through iPhone business chat and was able to use an old SIM card lying around to get it done for free. They also waived the $20 activation fee!

I see. They have to ship a new sim to me. No update on the website at all (not even status) but I got email confirmation for the charge

T-Force, App chat, and Phone support are now saying a new requirement is, if you have a free line already on the account you will not be eligible for another. Which seems weird.

Yes, I'm on the old simple choice NA 4 lines/$120. Added a new line, got iPhone SE for 50% off. Also already have a couple free phone and MI lines from previous promotions. Wow, awesome deal!

I contacted them via the T-Mobile app > Support chat and they still tried to charge me the support fee. I asked if they could waive it and they waived it in the form of a credit on my next bill. I still had to pay $30.xx up front on my CC.
Unfortunately they did not waive it off said, i am already getting a free line and free ground shipping Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
