How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

I NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE:

I am on a 2-line ONE All-In Promo plan that is supposed to not be eligible. Before that was made clear here, I went through chat and got rejected a few times (one rep said my plan has a 2-line max) and so I called 611 and the rep instantly said I'm good and charged me $30 for a SIM. I asked several times to confirm that my current lines and plan won't change and my monthly won't increase, and she confirmed.

Now that it's clear that my plan shouldn't qualify, I'm worried and when I check the order, it says "Rate Plan:Additional Line Fee $45.00/month." Is this still normal? Is the free line a bill credit that is supposed to show up later?

If the rep made a mistake, should I not activate the SIM when I get it? Can I get a refund on the SIM? I really don't want to lose my 2-line All-In plan.

So far, my account still says T-Mobile ONE All-In Promo $80.00/mo.

I have tmo one plan. In the order confirmation, it still says total monthly service, $25/month. The rep said: Again, the charge for the line may show as a representation but it will be waived automatically by our system since it's free. Nothing to worry.

Not sure it'll be the case for you.

Here is what chat told me..... is this true?

Thank you so much for patiently waiting.

As per further checking the rate plan is not eligible for the promotion since the plan is already under promo for $100.00 for 2 lines instead of 2 lines for $120.00 with autopay.

Both - I looked at the account online and it shows no data. When I try to view anything through LTE there is no data either. If that's how it's supposed to be it's fine and I'm not going to complain since it was free, but if data is included as well I'd like to get that and would call customer service.
Call. It should have data. Same as your existing lines.

If i'm on the unlimited talk and text family simple choice plan and my data is set at 2gb...will the 3rd line not be grandfathered for 2gb?

I thought I read somewhere here that someone was offered 6gb...but i'm assuming with a fee
Will have the same 2GB. Not 6 GB.

I am on the Simple Choice plan (6GB per line) that has turned unlimited. Prior to this deal, I had 2 paid phone lines and 3 free tablet lines. Yesterday I was successfully able to add the free voice line - I can see it in my account and I got a text confirming the promo.

Forgot to mention this as well...

We can definitely take advantage of the promo it's just that we will be needing to switch the rate plan to Magenta Voice.

The good here about switching to regular Magenta plan is you will be eligible for any promotion that we will going to offer moving forward since that rate plan is the updated one, please let em know what you think

Question: when you login to your T-Mobile account and go into "Account History" where it lists all your EIP, order placed, billing notices, etc, are all of your phone lines listed for the order correct?

For this promo order yesterday (where I added a free line and am porting in another number for an iPhone 11 trade promo), it has my work phone number listed (I didn't even know they had it on file) and then my son's phone number for the order placed. Neither of which are involved with this requested promo. Maybe it doesn't matter, but very odd.

My order has not shipped yet either even though I ordered around 2pm ET yesterday.

Kindly explain your thought process why you chose XS vs SE2 despite the $150 difference? Thanks.
Larger screen and Face ID, combined with a potentially higher promo trade in value in the future.

Yesterday my t-mobile sales rep called me to tell me about this promotion and then placed the order while on the phone. I was throughly impressed. Maybe we spoke for 3 minutes. Followed by an online order confirmation.

She also said I have 2 weeks to decide if I wanted to add one of the current new phone promotions.

This questions is for Friends & Fam 2 Lines On Us from years ago.
I was getting equivalent of $20 for 2 free lines. I ported out a line by accident earlier this year, and because of that i lost a free line discount. it is showing this for me now after losing the free line: $10 Friends & Fam 2 Lines On Us
https://prnt.sc/t7gdi4

The reason i ported out the free line was because I was advised by 611 rep to add a new line in after 90 days and they will be able to attach the free line promotion to the new line. I spoke to numerous 611 reps and T-Force on Twitter, and they aren't able to help with restoring this free line promotion.

Anyone experienced this before? Any tips on bringing this free line back?

You will see a monthly credit for this line. If you have 2 lines you can get a 3rd. once you have 3 lines and you want a 4th you'll have to change the rate plan

I was told by a rep that it could take up to 24-48 hrs to show up on your account, so you still have some time.
