How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Did the TForce/Twitter thing last night, said I qualified with SOC FRLTUL4LP. This is apparently One All In with One Plus Promo added (I originally signed up for 4th Line On Us, just before One came out, migrated to One for a promo, migrated to One Taxes Included for another promo). Currently have 4 Vox/3 MI Lines/1 Digits Paired Data. Asked if the Digits Line counts as 8 Lines, but was never actually answered, and was told I qualify for new free line. After several reassurances, was directed to place order for OP8 online myself to avoid fees, which I did. Now I guess I wait...phone order looks good, no indication whatsoever about a new free line...now worrying if I did everything right.
The promo doesn't show up right away. Others received text that they were added and others stated it takes 24-48 hours.

How much will the cost be for a new magenta plus plan with 3 lines, one of them being the free line? Will it be the $140 cost for 2 lines? Or is it less, subtracting one line from the cost of 3 lines? The price difference between the options is very large

So I didn't need to 'Add a Line' insomuch as I chose that first, which led me 'Add a Phone'..everyone here is talking about SIM's order, etc. and there was no mention of SIM on the phone order. Cheers!

So first let me say what a complete and utter shit show this has been. From not providing any public details about this promotion to not even training their staff, T-Mobile really dropped the ball here.

Yesterday morning, after confirming from THREE different employees (inc T-Force) that my plan was eligible and having it marked in the notes, etc., I find out this morning (after reading differing comments here and Reddit) that my plan (6SCFMPRM) is in fact NOT eligible. Why? Who knows. Maybe because some random person forgot to include it, since it's basically the same as the SC 6GB 2-Line for $80 plan that is, but is discounted to $70/month instead.

So after getting this reverse confirmation this morning, I was obviously far from happy. With that said, in the end it may have worked out a bit. We didn't need the extra line, but were just getting it as a spare and why not, it's free? I did really want the iPhone SE @ 50% off for my daughter though. So to help compensate for the issue and them dropping the ball, they removed the 'free' line, and gave me a $214 credit to offset the loss of the 50% discount -- actually giving me $14 more by covering half of sales tax I would have had to normally pay for. They also gave us a $100 courtesy credit to apologize for the confusion. As a result, we basically got a brand new iPhone SE for $114 out the door including tax, so that's pretty good. Still upset about not getting the free line, but whatever.

So for anyone else on the 6SCFMPRM SOC, my earlier comments last night were apparently wrong and this plan is NOT eligible.

The biggest issue here is that the 'promo' isn't applied during the sales process, only automatically (in theory) later. So the CSR can't actually confirm it on their end. This is why some have said to just order it online yourself, as the credit, if you qualify, is automatic. For the people getting "approved" or "not approved", the CSR is just making that decision based on what they think -- they don't do anything different than just adding a line like normal and maybe putting something in the notes. They should have made it so the promo is applied (or rejected) in real time. But this is T-Mobile...
Glad it kinda sorta worked out for you!

I guess I'll not waste my time and try again with another rep for my account. Frown

Extremely shit show for me as well. TForce is confirming my plan is eligible but wont do it. They said it will be $20 if they assist. I said ok. Do it. And then, they become No Show.
I am not sure but seems like the exit of John already has shown where the customer service will be down the road.

You may ask why not do it myself? The thing is, on the online portal, I am seeing $20 for an additional line. I simply dont want to take risk of adding it myself. Letting a Rep do it will at least give us some creditability that we went through a proper channel for this promo

My plans was changed from simple choice to the essentials too. I did a text survey and gave them a 0 for everything. At the end of the survey, I wrote an essay describing what happened.

This morning, I received a phone call from "T-Mobile experts." The guy followed up with me regarding the bad survey I left them. He was able to change my plan back to the original one. It took him over an hour to do it. He had to call me back 2 times (he hung up to try to fix it). There are still some stuff that's messed up within my account, like I can no longer use the function "Manage my Plan" to add any add-ons services. So he said he will call me again next week to follow up on this.

So for those of you who received a survey text, try to do what I did if u want an "expert" to contact u to speed up the fix.

I added free line yesterday with simple choice unlimited. Declined to get any phone.
This morning decided to check offers and show that iphone se2, xs and a71 5g were 50% off.
Called 611 and they were able to cancel my order from yesterday which was shipped and were able to add New free line and A71 5g 50% off with 24month bill credit.

I have Simple Choice 10 GB NAFUTT4. I was able to add a line for free (only pay monthly taxes). If I cancel any line after 1 year, then that invalidates the promo. I was not charged any fees.

I combo'ed this deal with the 50% iPhone SE. Only paid taxes on the phone.

Just ordered online. $10 with free shipping for the SIM card and using my old phone. I have the Tmobile One family plan and 611 confirmed it's eligible and that there's no taxes or fees per month.

So I added the free like yesterday and did the iPhone se half off... I got a text message saying I was enrolled in a promo and on my T-Mobile account it already shows I'm getting the iPhone half off... but it shows the line is full price, I see nothing about the line being free? Has anyone seen anything actually pertaining to the free line promo yet?

I don't think so. I had One with 8 lines, and was told nothing would change if I added a line...and I was changed to Magenta with 9 lines.
do you know why it did that? is there a limit of lines on the One plan?

After looking over https://www.t-mobile.com/offers/a...hone-deals and reading the faqs it looks like the only Apple phone deal Simple Choice folks can do is the 50% off SE. The 11/XS/11 Pro deals don't list Simple Choice under eligible plans.
