How dare they try to make a one-time $30 in exchange for giving you a FREE line, Mr. Entitled.

This weekend, T-Mobile is giving away a FREE VOICE LINE! Any T-Mobile plan is eligible (even Simple Choice). New customers need to have two paid lines to get the free line. Current customers with at least two paid lines can just add a free line.

***This is an EXTREMELY RARE No-Stipulation Line (like the free lines offered back in 2016 & 2017...)

If you're new to T-Mobile and you'd like to stack this to get the 4 lines for $120 on the Magenta plan, which comes with a free Netflix account, you'll need to go to T-Mobile today/tonight (Thursday, June 25th) to start/port a 3-line account on the Magenta plan. T-Mobile is currently running a 3rd line free. All 3 lines will be $120, which includes tax.

THEN....

Starting tomorrow, Friday, June 26th, you can add a 4th line to your plan for FREE! This will give you 4 lines on the T-Mobile Magenta plan, which comes with all taxes/fees, unlimited data and a free Netflix account, for $120. IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS... GO TO T-MOBILE NOW TO START THE 3-LINE DEAL FIRST.... DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FOUR LINES THINKING THE 4TH LINE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FREE TOMORROW... IT WON'T. 3 lines TODAY, 1 line TOMORROW!

As always, start-up fees may or may not be charged, and can come to $10 per SIM and $20 per activation per line. Ask to see if any of these may be waived.

Details about the 4th line free will be on the website tomorrow (Friday, June 26th), but don't wait to start the first 3 lines today/tonight!

Yup sounds similar! Lucky you got so many free lines!

For the tablet lines, how many MB/GB did you get for free? I must've missed that promo.
The tablet lines are 6 GB each with rollover up to 20 GB.

For Magenta Friday 2016, I got 1 voice line and 1 tablet line.

Then for Spring 2017 promo, I got another tablet line.

My new line shows today. If I got into my account, there's a Promo for Free Line on Us 2020 and the line shows as $0.00. I got a text message this morning that said a promo was added to my account too.
Did you activate your SIM or it is still on the way?

Can I ask exactly what Page on my T-Mobile you see that?

Under my plans I have "applied discounts and promotions $60 this ones on us (aal)" but that's was for my 2 previous lines from a few years ago. Nothing about the new one

Cool, exactly the same here. Just nothing shown yet on the account page.

I also texted with them over Twitter to confirm the steps and the rep said yes (even to the estimated bill total):

1.) Receive iPhone 11
2.) Activate and port-in number from Google Voice
3.) Erase and mail in old iPhone 8+
4.) Receive $152 trade-in lump credit
5.) Receive monthly credits of $20/mo for the free line promo in addition to $22.83/mo for the trade-in promo.
6.) After credits are all applied, my new monthly bill will be ~$182-$183/mo.
7.) Plan remains Simple Choice North America (as it was before). NAFUTT4

My family and I will then have:
7 voice lines (2 free)
2 tablet lines (both free)
1 DIGITS duplicate beta SIM (free)

Fingers crossed!!!
Did you do this all online? I am tempted to do the same using my iPhone 8 but am concerned with so much promo activity on this line if it will mess somethings up.

hence was leaning towards a straight forward iphone se promotion.

i also have 7 voice lines right now and 2 data lines but am on the T-mobile One plan with some extra perks/etc.

I don't think so. I had One with 8 lines, and was told nothing would change if I added a line...and I was changed to Magenta with 9 lines.
Same happened to me, and I lost all my credits, kick back and insider discount took about 4 hours to get everything back to the way it was. I guess 8 line is the limit on TMobile one.

I ordered this morning and the rep said my plan qualifies. Ordered the iphone 11 promo too. Just got a message via twitter saying my plan doesn't qualilify and they have to change me from my SCNA 4 line plan (14 gb tethering and unradio) at a much more exlensive plan. I am very very angry wasting my day like this.

Keep us updated will try to follow you for an update

I'm in same boat but don't want my plan impacted

Hence am thinking iPhone 11 is more hassle and was going to do SE

Did you do the add a line online and do you have to wait for SIM card to do port?
Quick update

(1) After some back and forth with T-Force, including sending them screenshots of the notifications and of the chat with the first T-Force rep (who told me our plan had been migrated to Magenta), the second rep told me he was able to confirm we would stay on our ONE plan, with no change in our benefits, including kickback.

(2) for the Iphone 11 deal, I think I got in early enough, where the rep did not require a port-in number (someone mentioned these reps may have been able to use an older promo that did not require port-in). I checked my account, and I see the free ninth line (they assigned me a phone number), along with a note that I got a $30 credit for that line.

I did both promotions via chat (through the iOS T-Mobile application). Took about 2 hours of chatting with the representative, but it looks like things have been finally squared away.

We'll see next month when I get my bill, but at least I now have written communications to support what I think we should be receiving.

do you know why it did that? is there a limit of lines on the One plan?
Geez bro, have you read at least the last 2 pages?
The standard "One" plan has a limit of 8 lines, to add more lines they need to change it to another plan "One 9+" or something !
Now the issue is, this "One" or "One 9+" plan is no more available and is called "grandfathered" plan (like many other plans including SimpleChoice) so they can't change the "One" plan to "One 9+" plan (at least not easily) so they just go ahead and change it to "Magenta 9+'" (or may be just called "Magenta") plan and as soon as they do that, all the existing promos fall off and a horror movie starts !!!

Looks like I have 10SCFM4, which according to this thread, doesn't seem eligible. Was hoping to get a iPhone SE to upgrade an aging iPod Touch.
Check the last 5-10 pages. A few of us has that plan. Some reps said the plan wasnt eligible originally and then some reps said it is. So we don't know what to believe. If you're willing to sacrifice potentially the first $20 (for the line) and $10 for the sim card, you can probably just add the line via the app. I'm planning to go through it. If you read this forum quite a few people got their plan changed just to get the free line. I don't want that and definitely don't want to spend month(s) tryjng to get a grandfathered plan back.
