You have to slowly build your tolerance to these things. Essentially these are stimulants, and at a fundamental basis, raise your HR. Our body doesn't like elevated HR that hits quickly. So it will try to slow it down as a response (parasympathetic response). The problem is that the vagus nerve that tells the heart to slow down has branches that help with the whole rest and digest system. So when it tells the body to slow down, it also makes you want to poop. This usually happens to people who take Molly or cocaine as well. So essentially, if you want to take these stuff, build your tolerance to it slowly and don't jolt your body.

Product has 4.3 stars from 2,900 reviews on Amazon. Just be aware that the product "best used before Oct 9, 2020". Even if you throw out a bunch due to expiration- which I won't do- it is still a good price.

After trying multiple preworkouts from cheap to expensive with "full clinic dosage." I've found that the cheaper one like this works better for my needs which is a quick boost to get me up and workout started. I have a harder time absorbing all the ingredients of the more complex stuff and feels like more than half of the ingredients goes into the toilet 30mins later. I tried letting the solution sit in water before drinking, adding/reducing water, and timing food, but no luck for me. Not sure if any of you guys have additional tips and tricks?

Awesome, thank you!!! It didn't show that discount applied when I put in that code, probably bc the original code for the 4 for $20 was already in, but miraculously it changed the shipping to FREE actually. So whichever way, it took it and worked for me! Thanks!

I heard most powdery workout supplements are fine past the expiry date. But I'm no expert, can anyone confirm?

Would pull trigger if this will last to 2021+

Most cases its the stimulants that cause the bathroom issue, which is why I try to avoid pre's with alot of caffeine, also try to avoid surpluses (which can be difficult)

Forgive my ignorance, could you explain what you mean by avoiding surpluses?

Thanks for the info and makes sense. Sounds like we have a pharmacist on the forum lol.
