25% off $60 is $15, genius....
It looks like the code only applies to the phone and not the total in your cart.
I think this is a decent deal. This phone only works on the crummy MVNO carriers, but this would be a nice cheap iOS device to use on WiFi or for app development.

If software performs well on an old device, it will probably perform extremely well on newer devices. Not true in the other direction.
