    I have an APC 8-outlet power strip and use it in my bedroom. I never used such UPS before, but seems that it is functional with AC 120 V,600 Watt ,1000 VA and 1103 joules rating. If you need uninterruptible power supply and good protection for your critical devices, then it is a good deal.

    Staples' shitty website let me place an order then 4 minutes later notified me the order couldn't be fulfilled. Even so they still treated the coupon as having been used.

    Honestly where I live, brown outs don't exist. I've also never heard of an issue with voltage for stuff here either. So I'm assuming in my case, a surge protector is fine.
