Yes, however I dont recommend doing it the same business , same day. Spread it out. As I was advised right above, no rush - still like 2 months left. By spreading it out and not actually trying to squeeze every penny out of the deal you can actually help support small businesses that are struggling
I thought what you meant by eBay was eBay checkout, so I used that instead. Didn't get the credit here. Statement says "Paypal by Ebay Mark(etplace)", but it'll be renamed to a typical Paypal transaction (stars in the title and seller name) which is very weird.

This morning, I received an email from AMEX that I had redeemed this offer, but I really haven't visited any stores yet.
To my surprise, an Ebay purchase triggered this award. I guess some of their sellers qualify as 'shop small'.
