That's $50 statements credits in total.
Spend min $10+ each transaction .
Upto 10 times .
Spend at shop small shops , can buy GC and use it in future
Pls Support local small shops, many people retain their jobsā˜ŗļø

Amex offering this after a long time may be last time they offer like 6+ years back to use upto 3 times .. best deal from Amex !!

Amex does. They charge a higher transaction fee to take their cards than Visa and MasterCard, which is why a lot of places won't take them. It's less of an issue now with payment processors like Square, who charge the same rate regardless of the type of card. But that's why they pitch supporting small businesses so hard, and they argue their customers are more valuable. So I'm guessing they want small businesses to see a ton of people using Amex cards and be won over.

Awesome deal. I've used my Blue card at a local 99 Ranch Asian market and gotten $5 credit twice already. Also got $5 credit for an Albertsons purchase and got a Starbucks and Burger King $10GC via Samsung Pay got $5 credit for each of those.

Any consensus on when the $5 credit posts? T&C indicated 90 days while the $5 for some merchants post in 2-3 days while others on the small business directory haven't post 2 weeks and counting.

The $5 credit will post about two days after the charge posts. If it doesn't post by then I doubt it will be coming later. It will require a phone call to customer service after 90 days to rectify.

The enrollment deadline has been changed to 8/23. You still need to make all charges by 9/20/20 though.
