Checked, $210 near me.

It's weird thought, too, since these clearance prices don't seem to make sense based on the info posted about HD clearance (that it goes 25% off, 50% off, then a penny, or whatever, since 210/300 is 70% so I don't know what to even keep an eye on... I also assume trying to get a $300 makita tool out of the cage and buy it for a penny won't work, but at 50% off maybe?)

It's presently Makita's top drill. Despite being a few years old, it's brushless, torque spec is high enough to go head to head with just about anything else on the market, metal chuck. etc.
Ebay for just the bare-tool drill is ~90-100ish.
Throw in two 4.0 batteries, a charger, and a case if that mattters, for a little over $200 is not dirt cheap, but these are good tools that will last for many years, so someone will scoop them up at this price.
I did find a few 2x 4Ah battery + charger + bag starter pack for $100 (regularly $199). (Brickseek [brickseek.com], HD ref [homedepot.com]), and subcompact drill (tool only) for $60 (regularly $119) (Brickseek [brickseek.com], HD ref [homedepot.com]).
