It is not a pressure washer replacement. There are two big uses for this.
One, bumping up hose pressure. For those with low pressure or on a weak well this can give it enough power to say clean mud off an ATV. Standard house pressure is in the 50-70psi range so this is a decent bump.
Two, operating where there is not a hose. With this you can put a siphon into a bucket or other still water source and get pressurized water. It essentially gives you a "hose" where there isn't one. Follow the link and look at the pictures, one shows a guy washing his boat from the lake water. This is the intent and these are well liked for that. I believe AVE did a video on a similar product and actually liked it

I have it. It's only slightly stronger than a regular hose. I use it to clean garbage cans and wash the cars. It can't even remove dead bugs on the headlights. Don't expect to be power washing concrete to remove green moss on it. For what I paid I consider it worth it.

I have this too and washed concreted. It did the job but slow, I need to keep the nozzle very close to the surface to remove stubborn spots. I am talking about the real stubborn stuff that I couldn't remove with a brush. However it is very safe and I don't worry it would peel off paint or skin. Much better than hose nozzle for cleaning job because of the 15 degree angle coverage and much less splash.

I have about a dozen Ryobi tools and really like them, but there is a point. I have a couple of unregulated hoses on my house (connected directly to the main) that probably put out more pressure than this.
But my 70-something mom could definitely use this for very light jobs, or stuff the hose won't reach.
Plus a couple of the big batteries, which are $60+(?) on their own, maybe more.
