16GB TCL A1 Tracfone Smartphone (Recon) + 1-Month Service Plan + SIM Kit Expired

You cannot check out if your total is $0 so you must add the sim kit or another item to get the phone and service free

My order was shipped 7/1/20, made it from IL to CT by 7/3, for delivery on 7/6, but on 7/3, "Shipper requested shipment to be returned - Unable to deliver shipment - Returning to shipper." Returned to tracfone on 7/6. I called tracfone today, they played dumb, claimed they never made any request to return the item, that my address looked fine on their end, they have no idea why it was returned, and insisted that FedEx made that decision entirely on their own.

Only option Tracfone offered was to refund $1.10 or whatever it was, no option to actually get my package, and I only placed one order. I told them that sounded highly suspect, don't buy it for a second, will likely open a BBB complaint. Never received any communication from Tracfone other than email when item was originally shipped. Super shady, BBB complaint and possibly AG consumer affairs complaint with their AG in IL are on their way.

*Called Fedex, just to confirm whether or not Tracfone's claim that they did not request it to be returned was true or false, Fedex of course was able to confirm that Tracfone's claim was false, Tracfone requested the return. Noted the names and rep ID #'s of the individuals I spoke with at Tracfone and FedEx, will document everything and include that in my pending complaints to be filed with the BBB and IL AG.

**Filed complaint with BBB, the office handling it is BBB of Southeast Florida & the Caribbean. I suggest anyone else sufficiently annoyed by their horrible service, lying and arrogance do the same.

I only order 1 and they call the package back, I will file a dispute to punish tracefone.
