Both have free sync, 4ms response time and seem to have VESA but the sizes are different 27 vs 24, brands Samsung vs Acer, non-gaming vs gaming as refresh rate is higher on the Acer 144 vs Samsung 60 hz so if you're using it mainly for gaming then you might want the higher refresh rate but if it's for like a dual monitor office setup I'd stick with the Samsung. Maybe others see other difference that might matter but that seems to be the main choice I would say between these 2 monitors.
