This is designed for one of those tiny Lenovo computers to be shoved inside of it. Reading the reviews it looks like people are struggling to get this thing to work with other systems.
Ok, here's my review after picking this thing up yesterday:
Screen quality first, don't expect outstanding black levels like a premium LG HDR10 compatible monitor. Colors look ok but there's light bleeding. The specifications say it's IPS but I'm not sure. It's a poorer IPS screen if that's the case. The speakers are very cheap and sound about equal or worse than a phone speaker. The webcam is 1080p but the sensor must be tiny because low light situations make the camera horrid.
If you already have a Lenovo Tiny Desktop with a rectangular power plug and you want a computer for a small space with less clutter, then this monitor might be for you. I bought two but I'm returning one because it doesn't meet my expectations.
I'll just buy a better screen and double-side tape and zip tie a webcam and speaker to it. I'll even mount the Lenovo tiny computer form factor underneath the table.

seems like a very niche product, but if you are specifically looking for an all-in-one that you can upgrade later, i guess this is a good option.
