By the way, what part of Florida are you in? I'm originally from Arizona and have lived here for most of my life, but I did live in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater/Palm Harbor area for about 5 years and I really liked it. The humidity was awful, but there were lots of nice people and I really liked my job (I dealt poker at a horse track, Tampa Bay Downs) and I still often think about the place and the nice people and how much fun it was living there.
Do you like living in Florida? And do you ever see scorpions there? Or any monster alligators or scary snakes?

380nm is OK but most UV users prefer 365nm

1. 365nm is the UV you want for detecting stains or UV reactive materials such as certain rocks.
2. The LG emitter is a lot stronger than the nichia emitters in the UV spectrum.
3. Lack of a black filter lens means you will have LESS usable UV light due to the drown out effect from the purple emitter light. This is why most _GOOD_ uv lights have a black filtered lens.
4. You _MUST_ wear UV eye protection when utilizing these lights if you don't want burns in on your eyes.
I would HIGHLY suggest if you're getting a UV light for detection of leaks or staining, then get a CONVOY S2+ LG UV with black lens filter.
TL;dr - this is crap for detecting stains; get the convoy S2+ LG emitter version with black lens filter.

I own three UV lights. The Convoy S2+ with LG emitter is my favorite, the Convoy C8+ with LG emitter is my second favorite since it's larger but offers much longer distance throw.
For most people, UV lights are _EXTREMELY dangerous. They can reflect easily and hit you right in the eye. Also just being exposed to it long enough will cause irritation of the eye just by seeing the light for prolonged times. Your eyes don't properly adjust and allow too much light in and it will cause massive damage. People will wake up the next day as if they have sun burn on they eyeballs. So again, these are dangerous and not toys.
This version is crap, I would avoid it. This is worse than the 395nm UV light Olight sells and gives away for free all the time in their deals. It's a piece of junk. Neat in design, useless in functionality.
Do not try and attempt to utilize ANY UV light for disinfecting purposes. It will not work, and even when it does, it requires UV-C and tons of hours of exposure time. It's also less effective than 30 seconds with a regular household cleaner.
I bring mine when I got to new hotel rooms to detect when the last time surface areas were thoroughly cleaned so I have a good idea of how much extra cleaning I need to do. I was in Virginia last month and the bathroom looked like a murder scene due to the subpar cleaning. It's also helpful for detecting particles in the air to ensure the filtration systems are working properly and don't need filter replacements done.
Price wise, this is a bad deal also. The Convoy S2+ LG emitter with black lens filter is under $20 shipped from China from most distributors. I paid $15 for mine.
S2 LG LED 1-Mode, Black / SKU: 9651106 would be the correct model from "FastTech" aka China. Vendors from AliExpress will not ship to the US due to a patent troll who has been hitting them with cease letters stating he owns the patent for using black filtered lens on flashlight devices. FastTech will ship to the US but expect really long ship times.
As a flashlight enthusiast, avoid Anker flashlights. They do not make a single quality flashlight for the price. Everything they've done can be beaten for less.
Scientists are developing Far UVC light sources in a very specific, narrow band of frequencies that is safe for humans to use while it kills viruses and bacteria.
It's very promising. I just don't know why it's taken so long.
Supposedly, the light source for far UVC is expensive metal but, in 2020,they should be able to synthetically reproduce that light using other sources.
