Just like any other company discount. Read the small print the 25% off applies to data fees only. That's the blowing smoke in your face. Wow 25% off ? Nope. 25% off 70% of the bill - so technically it's 25% off. Just not what you're actually thinking. Bait and switch as always for the sheep. Baa baa baa (pass - no thanks)

Honestly I just left ATT and got Visible which is on Verizon network and it's only $25 a month with and so far it's awesome can't be best unlimited everything including tethering
